Dennis Lee Richardson Sr. 58 of Yazoo City, MS, transitioned from this earthly home on Thursday, September 2, 2022.
Dennis was born on March 21, 1964, to the late Addie Lee Richardson and Sammie Shaffer in Madison County. He confessed Christ as his Lord and
Savior at an early age and was united with St. Paul M.B Church. He was educated in the Yazoo County School System and graduated as
Valedictorian of his class at Bentonia High School. After graduation, Dennis joined the United States Air Force where he diligently served his
country as a Heavy Equipment Operator from May 1983 to August 1992. Dennis continued to operate in this capacity as a truck driver, working for
several companies.

He was preceded in death by his mother: Addie Lee Richardson; father: Sammie Shaffer; and stepson: Cedrick Anderson.
Dennis Sr. leaves to cherish many loving memories; his life partner: Josephine Anderson; one son: Dennis (Keshia) Richardson Jr. of Jackson,
MS); five (5) stepchildren: Gemiki Moorehead, Kenyatta Moorehead, Adina Tasker, Seneca Anderson and LaShan Oliver; two brothers: Wendell(Mildred) Polk Jr. and Ikechuku Tony (Cathy) Chukuka; six (6) step-grandchildren; one (1) step-great grandchild; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
