Frances Ann Mistich was born in Yazoo City, MS April 2, 1946 to Marcy and Trenis Miller. She spent the majority of her 75 years in Yazoo City. She raised her two sons Troy and Todd Mistich and worked in the clerical field. Frances was a member of the First Baptist Church.
On August 31, 2021, Frances went to her heavenly home. She was preceded in death by her mother, father, grandson, Blake VanCleave, and sister, Elizabeth Cox.
She is survived by her children, Troy Mistich and wife, Stacy, Todd Mistich and wife, Stephanie; her grandchildren, Pamela, Mallory, Charlie, Chase and Sherry; Great-grandchildren, Madelyn, Bailey, Anna, Kamden, and Amelia; Sisters Willie Sessop (Steve) and Dorothy Hoof.
