GLORIA ANN SMITH

1949 ~ 2021

Gloria Ann Smith was born September 15, 1949 to the
late Robet and late Pauline Smith.
She graduated from N. D. Taylor High School in 1964.
Shortly following graduation, she relocated to Chicago, IL
where she began her career with the United States Postal
Service. After years of hard work and dedication, she retired
in 2010 respectfully.
Gloria Ann leaves behind to cherish her memories her
only son, Dr. Kelvin Paul Smith (Antonia), whom she
affectionately referred to as "Snookey"; her sisters, Abbie
Pounds (Chicago, IL), Paula Smith (Yazoo City, MS) Tina
Littleton (Clinton, MS), Joan Gainwell (Yazoo City, MS), and
Connie Stubbs (Clinton, MS); three granddaughters, Kaydan,
Kensley, and Kourtney, along with Antwaan and Neveah,
whom she lovingly took on the role as grandma; and a host
of nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews, family,
and friends.
She has gone on to join her oldest brother, Willie; sister,
Barbette, and baby brother, Robert.
