Willie Eddie
Little
d. Jan 27, 2022
On October 29, 1963, a handsome, baby boy, Willie Eddie
Little, was born to Frank McCullum and Josephine
Johnson McCullum. This little boy would be destined for great
things.
Willie Little grew up on Carter Road, and had great
adventures as a child. He committed and gave his life to
Christ at Mt. Salem M.B. Church. As a young man he worked
very hard and always maintained a job and though he worked at
many places within his time here on earth two of them he
always spoke about. One was The Yazoo City Sheriff's
Department, and the other was Trinity Highway Products in
Fort Worth, Texas where he worked at Trinity Highway
Products for 10 years.
On October 9, 2014, Willie married LaWanda CaTrice
Graham-Little. The two of them shared 13 years of
happiness and love together. This union shared six children:
Willie Jefferson, Andre Rogers, Bryston Young Sr. Dortre'
Green, Jlon Graham and Chaunice Tate; four grandchildren:
Arlayja Jefferson, Keira Rogers, Bryston Young Jr., and Diora
Anderson. Willie and LaWanda also shared two god-children
Taraya Baker and Nyasha Thomas; with one bonus grandchild
Kylee McTiller. Willie will also leave to cherish his memory
four bonus daughters: Sylvia Jones, Tafili Carter, Nia Carter,
Hatira Beasley.
Willie was preceded in death by both parents and one
brother, James McCullum. Willie leaves to cherish his
memory eight siblings: William Little, Charles Edward Little,
Myra Jones, Ivory McCullum, Frankie McCullum, Frank
McCullum, Bertha McCullum; all from Yazoo City, MS. and
Magnolia Jackson of Milwaukee.
Willie had a host of nieces and nephews, and one special
nephew Danny Little whom he shared a lot of great
times with and they all will miss him dearly, Christina Bryant
who was a favorite niece and a special uncle that he loved and
cared for dearly that also preceded him in death Sonny
Crowder.
Willie was a great man that would always lend a helping
hand if he could. Willie spent many years of his life being
a loving and devoted man his family could always count on and
he never met a stranger. He was always the light to everyone's
dark moments. He loved his family and was always a great
provider. On January 26, 2022, God whispered to Willie and
said "my son job well done, your journey is over and you have
run a successful race." His legacy and memory will always be
cherished and loved by his wife, children, family and friends.
